Sunday, November 21, 2021 - Decanted for about an hour. Dark cherry, rocks and a hint of mushroom on the nose. Out of the bottle there was much more cherry cola but it dissipated quickly. On the palate, high acidity, almost out of balance. Long finish. This was a great pairing for grilled salmon with a slightly spicy rub, wild rice and garden salad. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.
