Sunday, November 28, 2021 - Pnp. Light bodied, floral cab. Some sour cherry and graphite. A tinge of bell peppers, nothing more. Fairly high acidity for a new world cab and measured oak. Some vegetal aspect on the palate. Finish a little short, but what do you want at the price? Very good QPR and a satisfying everyday cab with a bit of a cut above the ordinary. Most appreciated: the restraint in elevage that made this honest and a good match with burgers.
