Monday, November 29, 2021 - Savoury at this point. a 10 year experiment in the cellar. fun to age this $10 for so long and push the limit of a Beaujo Village. Nice cranberry fruit, celery salt, bloody mark mix, worcestershire, and ham notes. Just for fun. I enjoyed this wine quite a bit. Friendsgiving 2021.
