Saturday, February 14, 2009 - Somewhat restrained nose of plum, licorice and dark chocolate. Big black fruit and a predominant sour cherry in the mouth. With a two hour decant, remains a bit tart. Still a nice mouthfeel, with the dusty tannins. if i had patience, i'd let these sit more.
