Wednesday, December 1, 2021 - 2018 Alban Roussanne - Whoa! Big yet wonderful. Lovely sexy and perfumery nose interlaced with rich summer ripened nectar and poached pear frangipane tart mixed brioche notes, ultra fine dancing tannin structure with good lingering lemony (riesling-like) finish! This wine is tasted side by side with top 2019 CDP blancs (Vaudieu and Beaucastel). What a great QPR to Beaucastel Vieilles Vignes Roussanne!

Scoring Range: 96-98; 96++ the wine will definitely improve with a couple years
