Thursday, December 2, 2021 - This wine is always a consistent home run for QPR and traditional Napa Cab. This year is the best example I’ve had to date! Drinks well as a PnP but gets better after an hour or two of air, dark red cherry, ripe raspberry, cherry cough medicine suckers, blackberry, violets, absolute perfect integration of sweet baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), vanilla, tannins give the wine an amazingly balanced structure at this age. Love this… I might be underrating it, it’s that good. Lacks in complexity, but the balance is so perfect for my palate.
