Friday, December 17, 2021 - Pale garnet with a lot of sediment and cloudiness but not flawed. Pronounced nose of strawberries and hay. On the palate medium acidity low tannin, medium alcohol, medium body, pronounced intensity primary flavors of tart cherries and cranberries with some pepper and fennel and tertiary earthiness on the finish. Complex, and the intensity of the fruit comes through but the depth and structure is incomplete.
