Friday, December 17, 2021 - I understand the St Henri story: high quality fruit in large format old oak. The yin to Grange’s yang. Certainly elegant. Soft skin tannins and acid, perhaps better appreciated after our steaks. Respectfully I did wonder what this may have looked like with just a little more structure. 14.5% ABV. Lovely unadulterated fruit. 91+.
