Tuesday, December 21, 2021 - Nose of butterscotch, honey, caramel, and yeast, same on the palate, a few tiny bubbles formed a tiny mousse, dark gold color in the flute, taste like a Puligny Montrachet today, medium body, delicious, elegant, showing its age so time to drink up is now, long finish, showed better after one hour.
