Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - PNP into Riedel Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Pale purple to the eyes.

Pommard, Wadenswil & Courey clones. 480 cases produced. More marine soil than the Wichmanns which is volcanic.

Clearly more red fruits here with lots to savor like wild strawberries and cherries, some cherry cola notes. Good amount of spices too.

Very complete on palate. Well integrated.

93-94 points.
