Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Popped and poured at cellar temp. Brambly dark cherry liqueur with a hint of piney underbrush on the nose. Nice spicy dark cherry fruit on the palate. Rich, luscious texture and on the riper side, but enough balancing acidity to keep it from going over the top on sweetness. Very nice and I think just entering its drinking window with plenty of years left.
