Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Pale yellow slightly golden color. Very fine bubbles. A lot of grapefruit on the nose. Apple, lemon, slightly yeasty aromas. Very light mouse. Good for those who don’t like aggressive bubbles. Little bit of lime on the mid palate, medium acidity, has a stone fruit under tone, touch of honey. The acidity is really mouth watering but pleasant… there is a good amount but it’s not aggressive. We both like enjoyed with Vietnamese.
