Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Christmas dinner. Beautiful right out of the bottle, offering a bowl of ripe dark pit fruits, loam and a touch of eucalyptus in the finish. The tannins of its youth have long since integrated, making this a good choice for roasted meats or even a simple grilled hamburger. Drink now. Worth Seeking Out.
