Friday, December 31, 2021 - slightly cloudy. nose shows tones of limestone, speaks of the jura. medium bodied with with perky acidity. great balance, soft and supple but with lift. salted cherry and raspberry flavors, a hint of meatiness, fennel, and tons of gray stone. very savory on the back end. long finish. paint me impressed.
