Friday, December 24, 2021 - Lovely wine.
Red fruit with some 5 Spice and earthiness giving it a bit of complexity to offset what could have been a distracting sweetness. Also a touch of minerality.
This is a wine that would be perfect in a restaurant since it would be a great match to anything but the most delicate of fish.
