Thursday, January 6, 2022 - Five hour slow ox. Very deep dark magenta color. Black cherry, plum, and caramel on the nose. Very smooth and very tongue drying palate. Firm, fine tannins on the longish finish.

This is too young to really judge, but the nuts and bolts of a great wine are there. The score is based on potential and will likely be even better with time and air.
