Friday, January 7, 2022 - Decanted an hour before serving. Medium yellow, not crystal clear. Utterly fascinating aromas and flavors, including marzipan, pear, citrus, botanical herbs, and a good dose of soil. Medium weight, marvelous texture, crisp finishing acidity. The only downside in my mind was that the finish was slightly overbalanced to the herbal side. What an endlessly interesting, complex white wine this is though.
