Sunday, January 9, 2022 - Opened a bottle at Asia Grand to celebrate the birthday of one of my army mates.

Crimson in colour. Decanted for an hour prior to consumption.
Massively, fierce, relentless tannins. Nevertheless, the cherries, strawberries and raspberries makes this a very palatable wine when paired with the Peking Duck. Medium structure with lovely fruity notes.

Highly enjoyable after decanting. Do give it time in the bottle or decanter.
