Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - Champagne Brunch (@Terkel): Amazing depth but also an almost wild acidity. There is plenty of stuffing for a huge wine but it is still very young.
Showing mushrooms and yellow apples but also some fruit sweetness. A very impressive wine! Deg. 26/04-2019.
