Sunday, January 9, 2022 - Luscious, soft, polished sweet cherries wine hints of chocolate and herbs. The wine finishes with elegantly textured red fruits and a nice spicy note on the backend. This should drink well on release. The wine was made using 70% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah. Drink from 2022 - 2034
