Friday, January 14, 2022 - Medium ruby color. Closed on nose and opened up after a few hours, showing violet and truffles but sadly overpowered by warm oak and alcohol rush. Dry, tart acidity, slightly grainy tannins, strawberries and red cherry on palate. Medium body. Good balance. Medium finish. A Bordeaux-esque Burgundy.
