Monday, January 10, 2022 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Black fruit, black olive, and subtly sweet barrel spice on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with vibrant acidity. Very firm, full tannins on the very long finish.

This was a barrel sample that was drinking very tight. My rating is purely based on potential at this stage. Give this at least a year and a few hour decant. It will be bottled next week.
