Saturday, January 22, 2022 - Disgorged February 2020, coming fully from Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy. Pours a little golden, loads of green almond and apple on the nose. Wonderfully rich and sweet baked apple, with some brioche notes. Not fully oxidative or non-oxidative in style, it seems to bridge the gap, and succeeds. A delicious champagne.
