Monday, January 31, 2022 - Developing nose of black cherry, black raspberry, herbs and dried fig. Full body, smooth tannins, nicely balance acidity. Early maturity, open for business but with lots of time left ahead. Alcohol stuck out a bit, but it was still a lovely sip.
