Sunday, January 30, 2022 - PNP into Riedel Bordeaux glass (“No” day): Medium purple with garnet hues to the eyes.

Hedonistic nose of slightly jammy, organic red cherries and plums, medicinal and herbal notes too.

Good acidity, albeit more towards the ripe side of the fruit notes as consistent with the nose. Clean and persistent finish.
