Saturday, October 18, 2014 - Rioja - Small flight at home with friends: Medium to deep garnet running to a wide mahogany rim.
Classic warm Rioja bouquet with baked red fruits, banana skins, Stove-top baked red plums and incense.
A soft, warming entry with gently spiced fruits, sweet coconut, spice cake and medium acidity.
Medium- body, the wine is packed with sun-kissed fruit, that flows on the palate and gently envelopes you. Relatively concentrated, with a core of fruit and smooth, velvety tannins and a long undulating finish.
