Sunday, February 6, 2022 - That wine is a baby,

The nose is fantastic, mint, eucalypt, dried flowers, pot pourri, a bit of "oak" but just the Nebbiolo style of it...

Palate is still quite austere, the wine has salinity, freshness, length, it is very enjoyable actually as we tasted it through Coravin for a couple of weeks, it really shows off now ... excellent wine with every bits to it

Love it, beware it is quite refined and not big there ...
