Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - Pristine cork; minimal bricking in the glass. This was showing very nicely, well integrated, with some early tertiary notes, leather, etc but nice amalgum of warm red fruits. Clearly zin dominant with some candied cherry, and paired well with some spicy Asian dishes. I'd say drink now
