Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - At the time of tasting this bottle and the other reds had been open for around 7 hours. Third of the red wines is the 2018 1 Post. Only 230 cases made. Deep ruby red. Tons of cinnamon and vanilla on the nose with some cassis in the back. Smooth and well rounded, drinking very well with the decant time. Medium tannins (6/10) with a full body. Similar notes on the palate with a hint of bell pepper in the long finish. Drink till 2040.
