Tuesday, February 22, 2022 - Slightly reserved rose petal, sweet Asian spice, clean coastal earth. Flavors are toasty cherry spice, with, dried cranberry tartness, and a faint citrusy orange note. Delicate, but pure, and concentrated, with a middle sweetness and long cinnamony finish. Amazing texture with bright acids and incredible balance. So lovely and fresh. Always a favorite when I share it!
