Friday, February 25, 2022 - Three hour decant and I'd call that a minimum. Better nose than palate and better with food than alone. Red cherry, big mushroom, earthy. Goes more mineral late. This could improve, but I struggle with this producer. 90+

I suspect I'm drinking them too young, but I never seem to appreciate Costanti as much as other tasters nor as much as I appreciate many other Brunello.
