Sunday, February 27, 2022 - A beautiful golden colour. The nose shows citrus and butter. The palate confirms the buttery, citrus, flavours but adds nuts (hazel nuts?) and gentle oaky character and some developing minerality. It became richer and more complex as it warmed and opened. Good acidity with lovely balance and great length. Burgundian elegance with New World hints. Very good (alone and with food) and it got better with time. It is an expensive bottle in UK.
