Friday, March 4, 2022 - Slow ox for 4 hours then back to the fridge to chill. Super ready for Fourrier. Superb floral nose, cool blue fruit at its core, juicy, lots of spice, refreshing vintage acidity perfectly balanced. Palate is sweet, edgeless and substantial; there is real drive in this wine. Yum. Split with Rayas 2005 as WOTN. 94
