Saturday, March 5, 2022 - 1st of 4 bottles, purchased over a decade ago. The wait was worth it, this Graves may be made with a slightly modern twist, but the Bordeaux roots are deep and well integrated. Black and red fruits with a hint of Sur Maturite, showing earthiness, anise, espresso grounds, and sauteed mushrooms, with medium acidity, and a long and knockout finish.
This is drinking beautifully right now and will likely to continue to do so for another decade or so. Love it.
