Monday, March 7, 2022 - This is a really solid Cabernet, savoury with cassia bark, tobacco, medium tannins and very dry, like others have mentioned, it needs a significant decant before it is approachable.

I decanted this 6 hours before dinner based on others suggestions (and after an exploratory taste) and it was drinking nicely. The rest of the bottle we had the next day and it was still in a good spot overall, but had lost some of its richness.
