Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Wow, really an elegant wine. I wasn't sure what to expect as I couldn't find any information on this wine, so I was pleasantly surprised! Ready for drinking but I think it could also go much longer.

Drinks more at a Spatlese than Auslese level. Beautiful nose with minerality, salt spray, and soft fruit. On the palate, very juicy peach, mineral, saline. Really beautiful and a good wine to roll around in the mouth to enjoy fully.
