Monday, March 28, 2022 - Colour remains deep; substantial bouquet, baked plums, suave; supple, velvety texture to fruit, fleshy; expansive, broad finish. No rush but this has peaked. 5 years since previous bottle & reminiscent of Burgundy from very warm vintage. Good accompaniment to calves liver.
