Sunday, April 10, 2022 - This pinot is so different than any other pinot I have had before and extremely fun to taste. High acid and a little austere at this point. I think this wine can benefit from a lot of air or, better yet, time in the cellar. This is a wine that everyone needs to experience at least once. This is a "rare bird" Pinot grown in a grand cru area of Alsace. Very cool. 93-95
