Sunday, April 10, 2022 - Offered by the glass at Cree Wine Co., Clinton NJ. I've got poor detail for this note, but must document that this was by far the best pairing for the shrimp tempura/yellowtail/mango sushi roll made by guest chefs from Ryujin. Brought home more bottles to take with me to Ryujin itself asap!
