Tuesday, April 12, 2022 - Coravin’d a glass a few weeks ago and it was really tight, but still showed lots of potential. Pulled the cork today and wow! The coravin must have introduced just enough air to loosen its grip and show strong rocks character and complexity. This will certainly improve with time in the bottle or lots of air. Delicous!
