Friday, April 15, 2022 - Big glas by Coravin with grilled red meat.
Dry, acidity and less fruit. I would keep it for 3-5 and see if it becomes an old library leather sofa or only too little fruit.
Now I would drink at 18 and not too much air to keep the cassis.
