Friday, April 15, 2022 - Ready to drink.
A bit of brett remains after decanting (est 1h) - just enough to keep it interesting. Dark fruit, brushed leather, sandy tannins (fairly smooth at this point) and a touch of oriental spice. Very nice bottle.
