Sunday, April 24, 2022 - PNP out of the cellar. Cork fully intact, probably didn’t need the ah-so. Some sediment on the cork and infiltrated about 1/4”.

Bright but opaque magenta with maybe a slight amount of bricking. Sour cherry, a bit of plum, chocolate, cedar and cola on the nose all come through to the palate. Tannins are smooth and balanced with the acidity. Drinking so very well. Wish I had another! :-(

Don’t think it will change much. Smoke ‘‘em if you got ‘em.
