Friday, April 29, 2022 - Only had a glass and then recorked for tomorrow. Bright purplish ruby color. A bit primary on the nose at this point with some juicy black cherry and plum and a touch of spice. Good acidity. Medium tannin. I think this wine could use a little time even though it's enjoyable now.

Day 2 - wine seemed more open and less sharp on the palate so that tells me some additional bottle time or decanting if drinking now would show best
