Friday, May 6, 2022 - Really intense butterscotch, vanilla, toasted sugar and hazelnut aromas, with a kind of lemon zest mixed in. Palate has some searing acidity, which somewhat overwhelms the citrus and pith flavors initially. Electric energy and texture, which I think can benefit with more time. A little bit too oaky for me but probably will integrate with age.
