Sunday, May 8, 2022 - Nice burst of red fruits with sprinkles of baking spices. Gentle finish with some refreshing acidity providing a little bit of lift.

Great with some simple ground meat sauce pasta. The freshness really shines when chilled a bit closer to ~55F
