Sunday, May 8, 2022 - At Coquine in PDX, paired beautifully with Asparagus with sorrel yoghurt, Tokyo turnips, cashew, nigella, and cayenne. Amazing nose, no petrol evident, dry as a bone, just amazing.

Recommended.
