Monday, March 16, 2009 - As enjoyable as the last bottle of this I opened a couple of months ago. Gorgeous floral nose with lemon blossom, apples and limes mingled with faint slatey and spicy notes. Gentle, clear fruit and mineral flavours on the palate with good acidity and a sense of incredible refreshment.
