Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Pop and pour yesterday. Notes from 24hrs open. Back to form. On the nose: soft noble reduction, lemon oil, crushed stone, meyer lemon, soft hazelnut...soft but simultaneously extremely intense. On the palate: fantastic acidity, crushed stone, crushed nuts, loads of meyer lemon. Lovely density and a long finish. Yum!
