Saturday, May 21, 2022 - Somewhat of an oaky from Muskogee, very rich indeed with some alcohol showing, but heck, I like it - hands down. Fat and buttery, a wee bit spicy, this still retains balance (I think), but the acidity is not exactly pronounced, so careful with the food pairing.
